If they're writing in a certain field, you can search the trade magazines or journals in that field. You can also email the author and ask where their work has appeared and how you can get a copy of it. Also, search the same place where you found the article. Pages are 8-1/2 inches by 6-1/4 inches. With headings of Title, Serves, Favorite recipe from, Ingredients, Method and Notes.
