Memories are stored in the long term memory for a theoretically infinite time, but accessing them may require specific ques, you would probably not be able to recall everyone in your primary school class but given their picture and first letter of their name most people can, the memories are there, but accesing them is hard. I really dont think your going to have much success unlocking all of your past, i guess if you want to remember more from your past just look through old photo albums and school notes, might bring some memories flashing back.
